WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
All products sold by gpnl are on at least a one year manufacturer warranty, or more depending on product, type and make. All workmanship will have a one year guarantee, except for gpnl extended service program (optional) with 24 month warranty.
Manufacturer’s warranty is defined as faults to products due to defects from the factory.
E.g. Lanterns going off after a brief use, batteries leaking after several days. It does not include malfunctions caused by a customer manhandling of products, dropping, short circuiting, etc.
Workmanship guarantee applies to a system not functioning properly due to poor wiring, a wrongly placed panel, a faulty charge controller or switch/socket/fuse. It does not apply to errors caused by excessive load, trees falling on the roof where panels are placed, heavy impact on batteries etc.
DISPUTES
All disputes arising from product sales, installations, failure to deliver etc, shall be addressed by the client concerned and remedies appropriate implemented. GPNL undertakes to provide the best service, to maintain best standard by their staff, honor and respect all obligations as well as appreciate our client as a business entity with code of conduct, business policy and action and will seek in all forms of relationship to uphold and promote your desire and give best services to all our clients.
