Our after-sales service makes a major contribution to the extraordinarily high availabilty that characterizes our installations, independently from their year of manufacturing: Earlier installations receive the same careful and comprehensive service as the most recent state-of-the-art installations.
As a rule, our customers can rely on repair within 24 hours (48 hours in case of gear failure). Only in the most remote, out-of-the-way regions may repair take a bit longer, depending on the distance to the next service base.
At the heart of our after-sales service are a well-stocked spare part warehouse in Nairobi Kenya. Thanks to this infrastructure, we can provide quick and prompt delivery of all spare parts and our service to all our customers with warranty issues and not the least our 24 month extended Warranty clients.
